Description of Sample Cylinders
The sample cylinder is composed of cylinder body, valve, explosion-proof pressure relief device and handle.
Suitable for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), liquefied natural gas (LNG), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), sulfur-containing sewage, hydrocarbons and other toxic and harmful substances and nitrogen (N2), oxygen (O2), carbon dioxide (CO2) and other gaseous or collection, transportation and storage of liquid samples.

Main Features of sample cylinders :
■Using one-time spinning forming technology, no welding, 316L stainless steel material; super corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
■Sample cylinders have uniform wall thickness, and the inner surface has been pickled and passivated, the smooth inner wall is easy to clean.
■With over-pressure protection function, the valve is equipped with explosion-proof pressure relief device.
■ More than ten kinds of accessories are available for purchase to meet the sampling needs of complex factors such as different environments and media.
■The inner surface of the bottle can be sprayed with PTFE according to the demand of customers to obtain a smooth anti-corrosion inner coating, which can effectively prevent the trace elements of gas samples from being adsorbed by the stainless steel surface.
Characteristics of sample cylinders
1. Working pressure: WH-L series 4Mpa; WH-H series 20Mpa
2. Design pressure: WH-L series 6Mpa; WH-H series 30Mpa
3. Working temperature: -60℃～+80℃
4. Applicable medium: within the specified range of temperature and pressure, liquid and gaseous medium without corrosion to 316L stainless steel.
5. Material: 316L stainless steel
6. Valve: M14*1.5 (8mm ferrule)/1/4 NPT-M, the angle valve is equipped with a pressure relief device
7. Specifications: 50ml, 100ml, 150ml, 250ml, 300ml, 500ml, 1000ml, 2000ml, 2500ml, 4000ml, 5000ml, 10000ml
8. Bottle body: 1/4 NPT-F Features - double-ended spinning without welding.
