Note:

1.The E2000 series with power ratings of 45kW and below is available in two variants: R3 and R5. Specifically:    - R3: EMC C3 compliance standard (test conditions: 25m motor cable)    - R5: EMC Ouri standard R5 is the standard configuration, while R3 is optional. For 55kW to 185kW models, EMC C3 compliance is available as an optional feature.

2. For the E2000 series brake units, three-phase 380V models rated 30kW and below come standard with built-in units. Single-phase 220V models and three-phase 380V models ranging from 37kW to 110kW offer built-in units as optional equipment. Models rated 132kW and above do not include built-in brake units. For three-phase 220V models: 1.5kW and below, 4.0kW to 11kW are standard; other power ratings are optional.

3. Encoder excitation impedance requirements: DC impedance greater than 30 ohms, total impedance greater than 120 ohms. Note: When the unit designation includes the rotary encoder D20, the communication type must be F3. Currently, only E2 structure and higher models support D20 functionality.

Product appearance

The external structure of E2000 series inverter is classified into plastic and metal housings. Wall hanging type and cabinet type are adopted. Good poly-carbon materials are adopted through die-stamping for plastic housing with nice form, good strength and toughness.

Taking E2000-0007S2 for instance, the external appearance and structure are shown as in below Fig.

Metal housing uses advanced exterior plastic- spraying and powder-spraying process on the surface with elegant color and with detachable one-side door hinge structure adopted for front cover, convenient for wiring and maintenance. Taking E2000-0300T3 for instance, its appearance and structure are shown as in right Fig.

The default system is 380~420VAC, if some operation is needed, please power off inverter and contact with profession engineer.
