HighTemperature: Class H/C Insulation + SmCo Magnets + PFPE Grease
Wheatstone HT series motors use Class H (180°C) or Class C (200°C+) polyimidefilminsulated magnet wire with VPI, providing ample thermal margin. Magnets are graded: N38UH hightemp NdFeB below 150°C, SmCo for 150200°C (flux decay <5% at 200°C). Bearings are lubricated with PFPE grease, stable >300°C. In an automotive parts oven electric cylinder (120°C ambient), an HT motor has run for 24 months with winding temperature consistently below 140°C.
LowTemperature: -60°C WideTemp Grease + C3 Bearings + AntiCondensation Heater
